    Very unprofessional medical faculty and facility. Iwas cut open todrain out abrown recluse spider bite and wasn’t given any kind ofinstructions orexpectations orthings tolook for orthings toexpect. Itappears like inmany jobs people get complacent. Because quality ofcare issubpar. Iknow it’s anurgent care and the cost isaffordable but that doesn’t mean the level ofprofessionalism should bemediocre.

      I never write reviews for anywhere, but this time Iwas soimpressed and happy with myexperience that Ifeel the least Ican dofor them iswrite areview. Iwas feeling very sick and just looked upthe nearest urgent care and randomly choose aplace, and i’m beyond grateful this was the facility. Iwas treated byDr. Moody and ifI could Iwould have her bemy primary care physician for the rest ofmy life. Her and the entire nursing staff went above and beyond and made mefeel asif Iwere asick friend/family member and not apatient orbusiness client. They checked inwith meafter Ileft and made mefeel welcomed when ireturned for myfollowup. Since they donot provide primary care services, astaff member even called his spouse for meto get the information ofher physician that they thought would bethe best fit forme. Iam beyond thankful for the entire staff and the care Ireceived. Iwill always recommendDr. Moody toanyone for nowon.– show

        If Icould do0stars Iwould. Nurses were good, front desk was helpful but PAwas ridiculous. Was there for over anhour with multiple tests done for her totell meeverything isnegative but she’s gonna diagnose mewith covid anyway because itlooks like itis maybe that. then sends mefor teo prescriptions, cough syrup when Ihave nosign ofa cough and amedication Iam allergic to(and they all knew this!!) When Icalled toask how this happened they itwas fixed sothere was noproblem andacted like Iwas the problem for being upset.– show

          My experience atthis location was great. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. Itwas easy toregister online and complete paperwork tosecure myspot onthe waiting list. The only reason Igave a4instead of5stars isbecause myobservation ofthe lack ofmask wearing from both the clinic staff and the patients. This isa medical clinic; COVID isstill out along with other viruses and the guests inthe waiting area were not mandated towear amask. Idid ask the Nurse Practitioner Amanda Williams why the staff were not wearing masks and she indicated they wear them tosee patients but not inthe back area where the nurses/doctorsare. Ithink that’s unacceptable. Iwas referred tothis clinic from Tricare (military insurance) and I’m used tothe base/VA policy where masks are mandated toprotect the staff along with patients. Ifnowhere else it’s required, Ibelieve all hospitals/clinics should def mandate mask wearing, itonly makes sense! When COVID numbers godown, welet our guards down and become laxed, then there becomes this huge influx ofsick patients again; the goal should beto prevent the spread, doyou part clinic and mandate amask policy.
          I will nolonger visit this clinic because ofthat. Iwould rather make the drive toa VAor military installation inorder tobe protected and feel safe ina medical environment.
          But kudos tothe process (ease/efficiency) and the kindness ofthe Medcare Urgent Care Clinic staff, you guys were awesome!

            I visited this location for aDOT physical on5/23, Ibelieve. The 2ladies atthe front desk were extremely polite, professional, and very helpful! Customer service like that seems tobe rare, but when itdoes happen, itmakes your visit toan establishment run awhole lot smoother, soit doesn't ruin yourday. Iwould have given 5stars, but the results for mydrug test have not been passed along tomy employer, sothat isjust abit frustrating.

                If Icould give this place azero Iwould! Ivisited this center onSunday, June5th. Iwas tested, examined and treated for tonsillitis. Itried taking the antibiotic and the pill got stuck inmy throat probably due the how swollen mytonsils were. The medication Iwas given isknown for causing irritation tothe esophagus. When Icalled back toget the antibiotic switched toa liquid Iwas told they couldn't “access” any liquid medications tosend tothe pharmacy, then Iwas told tobreak openthe said antibiotic and take itin yogurt. Then Iwas told because the provider Ifirst saw onSunday was not there now Iwould have tocome into beseen because my“story” didn't make since. Meanwhile every person Ispoke tothere onthe phone was extremely rude and Ihave yet tobe actually treated. When asked what peoples names were iwas lied toby being told they didnt know who Ispoketo. Mychildren and Iboth have used this center inthe past and had noissues but wewill not beback.– show

                  I didn't make itpast the 4phone calls and the 8minutes waiting onhold.. the receptionist isHORRIBLE! She lacks customer service skills that are important tocustomer needs. Clearly she was not trained properly and isnot monitored oncustomer calls.

                      Well somebody said itwas cheap they were full ofit noinsurance it's $140bucks folks upfront before you even walk through the door and pass the desk therefore weturned around and walked out the door and did not gopast the desk

                        Reserved aspot inline 24hrs inadvance tobe Covid tested and showed upat11:20a for a11:30a appointment. Already had myinformation pre checked online only toshow upand wait for anhour and 45minutes… The waiting room was packed and people were almost shoulder toshoulder packed inthe room with half the people standing including myself the whole time. Iasked towait inmy vehicle toavoid being soclose toothers and Iwas told Icould stand bythe door outside orwait inside. Iguessthe 6ft distance rule doesn’t matter here. Will not come back.– show

                          I would rather give 0stars. Very upset with how myvisit went today. Made myappointment around 9for myappointment tobe at12:00. Showed uparound10:30being early tosign anything that needs tobe signed and all that. Somany people were inside itwas socrowded like…. Have people wait inthe car soyou don’t have people sitting onthe floor. At12:00Iended upasking when Iwould becalled and the front desk lady was sorude. Just told meto get away from the front counter:/she also ended upcussing over stupid small things.. I’ve worked incustomer service and front desk and all that and none ofthese people seemed toknow what they were doing orhow tobe professional. Around12:30still nocall orindication that I’m next oranything went back upto ask and once again just got told toget away from the desk soI just ended upleaving.– show

                                Woman behind the counter was more concerned about mygirlfriend and iwearing amask than about her bleeding down her face from adog bite ather work.
                                We sat and did paperwork for anhour without her being seen itgiven anything other than gauze tohelp keep her from bleeding.

                                      I arrived atthis facility and was immediately met with someone who provided guidance onwhat Ineeded todo toregister and where Ishould sit towait tobe called. They took mein within minutes and there were atleast 8people there when Iarrived who were quickly processed before Iwas called. One ofthe most efficient and caring urgent cares Ihave ever visited!!!!

                                        I was sosick (bronchitis) when Iwent tourgent care. Myexperience was perfect from the time Ientered until the short time Ileft. Everyone was professional and helpful and caring. MyphysicianDr. Garrell was the best physician EVER! With just one dose ofmy medication Iam already close tobeing back tomy old self including walking 21/2miles this morning! Itis sonice tobe able tobreathe again! Mysincere thanks toeveryone!
