Saturday, 7 September is set to be a legendary day at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Medals will be on offer across 13 sports, with iconic venues providing the perfect backdrop for the penultimate day of action.
Para canoe will see its first champions crowned at Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium, with five events reaching their conclusion on day ten. Para equestrian will also award five medals on day ten, with freestyle dressage competitions taking over the Chateau de Versailles.
Paris La Defense Arena will face its curtain call at Paris 2024, with one last session of Para swimming finals providing an ideal grand finale inside the now iconic swimming venue. Likewise, the Grand Palais will take its final bow with the conclusion of the wheelchair fencing programme at Paris 2024.
It will be a day full of emotion, excitement and unforgettable athleticism at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

French medal chances on September 7 at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games
French athletes will look to shine on the tatamis of the Champ-de-Mars Arena during the penultimate day of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
There will be no less than 5 French judokas competing for medals, including Hélios Latchoumanaya in the men's -90 kg J2, Jason Grandry in the men's +90 kg J1, Cyril Jonard in the men's -90 kg J1, Prescillia Lézé in the women's +70 kg J2 and Nacer Zorgani in the women's +90 kg J2.
In Para road cycling, the last day of competition in Clichy-sous-Bois will allow Alexandre Léauté and Thomas Peyroton-Dartet to chase a final gold medal in the men's road race C1-3. France will also will hope for a strong result in the team relay H1-5, with Mathieu Bosredon, Florian Jouanny and Joseph Fritsch representing Les Bleus on the start line.
The final day of the Para swimming at Paris La Défense Arena will also see French swimmers dreaming of medals. Elodie Lorandi will challenge for gold in the women's 200m medley SM10, with Dimitri Granjux looking to post a podium finish in the men's 50m backstroke S4.
Kylian Portal will also be in action in the men's 100m butterfly S12, along with Solène Sache in the women's 200m medley SM5. France will look to finish the day on a high note, with Les Bleus chasing a gold medal in the mixed 4x100m freestyle relay 34 points.
Lastly, many eyes will be turned towards the Eiffel Tower Stadium, with France facing Argentina in the gold medal match of blind football at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, and Stade de France, with flag bearer Nantenin Keïta competing in the women's T13 400m final of Para athletics.

Top events to watch on 7 September
Stade de France will come alive one last time on the final night of track and field events at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
The men's 1500m T38 will feature a clash of Para athletics titans, with T37 word record holder Amen Allah Tissaoui of Tunisia going to-head-to with T38 world record holder Nate Riech of Canada in a must-see final. Great Britain's Hannah co*ckroft will also look to dominate in her own right, chasing her ninth gold medal at the Paralympic Games in the women's 800m T34 final.
There will be plently of suspense and athleticsim in wheelchair tennis as well, with Great Britain's Alfie Hewett facing Japan's Tokito Oda in the men's singles final at Stade Roland-Garros.
It will be a busy day for Great Britain, with Hope Gordon, Charlotte Henshaw and Emma Wiggs challenging for medals in Para canoe and the men's wheelchair basketball team facing the United States of America in the gold medal match at Bercy Arena.
Team USA will also play for gold in sitting volleyball, where their women's team will face the People's Republic of China in a re-match of their group stage match that saw the Chinese team emerge victorious.
Brazil's blind football team will among be among those looking for redemption on 7 September, as they attmept to secure a bronze medal against a strong Colombian side ahead of the highly-anticipated gold medal match between Argentina and France.
